I believe justin.tv is now pulling all the games as they find out about them... myp2p.eu lists links to live streams in their forum but I haven't watched any to know what kind of quality they are currently offering...

MLB Extra Innings is also offering a free preview right now to (I believe) to anyone with access to digital cable...
