Let's be honest. Trump said it perfectly. Like in business, things change all the time. You can lay out a 14 point plan but once you get to point 2, things might change because of unforeseen circumstances. Everything else then might need to be renegotiated/reevaluated and thus affects the rest of the plan. That's why its always funny hearing these reporters asking candidates to give more details as to what they will do about certain issues. You need a leader. Someone who can think on his feet and adapt to changes that will surely happen. Let's be honest, if there was one perfect way to handle a certain issue, then there would be 100% support by both sides.
