Well, swede's advice was pretty good, too.

Awww, Loubert....be still my cold cold heart.

I'll get you the name of that book. If you like to eat, you'll like this plan. My BF eats constantly. He just does things like making his scrambled eggs with mostly eggwhites. He also stopped eating dairy. Oh, and instead of homefries in the morning, he browns some avacado. I know it sounds weird, but it's pretty good and really good for you.

Having a Latina on your side can't hurt things. A lot of the food can be made almost fat free. Plus, if she makes fajitas one night, you can bring the leftovers to work the next day in a salad and don't have to worry about finding low fat take out.

Will you become a spokesperson for Subway when you lose 100 lbs?

I can see the commercial now...

"Every day Vegas Dave would walk down to the Subway and have a 6" low fat sub, and a diet coke. Strangely, he also always ripped a page out of the Post's sports section. Perhaps to wipe the sub sauce dripping down his chin. Anyhow, Vegas Dave is now 100lbs lighter.... because that's how much $17k in gambling losses weighs when converted into $1 bills."
            Will you be my agent?

In all seriousness, the poster above had a good idea. Ask the little lady to make fajitas with corn totillas or something. That way there's a lot of veggies, no carbs and the meat is grilled. Try the low fat cheese and sour cream if you have to have it. Also, avacado is a good source of "good fat". If you're trying to lose weight quick, you may want to avoid it but it's good for maintaining your weight.
              HIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONES!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah I would actually agree here and say this is pretty good advice...

You don't want me as your agent. You will be on that treadmill 24/7 to be in top shape for the raunchy Subway shoots. Start putting plastic wrap around your chest NOW. No time to waste.

                                      Eat healthy.

                                      Run. A lot.

Do push ups & pull ups.

                                      It's really that simple...

Don't look to into the food stuff...if you think it's unhealthy, then it likely is. And always avoid drinking soda pop.

                                          Don't drink beer or soda.
                                          Don't eat red meat.
                                          Eat breakfast every morning.
Go on 2 mile walks with your lady every night. Or if you are motivated jog 1-2 miles.
Don't eat within 2hours of the time you go to bed. If you feel like you are hungry late at night, drink a tall glass of water or juice.

Me? No. I hate the gym. I don't like being watched while I work out. I do pilates DVDs at home and use the machines Marc has in the garage...once in a while. I walk a lot in the summer, too. I don't work out as much as I'd like to, but it's hard to motivate when you have a fast metabolism and don't really need to worry about your weight. That laziness will bite me in the ass very soon, I'm sure.

Here's a link to the bok Marc is using.

He got a lot of good ideas about healthy eating from there. I think he kind of made his own work out routine. This diet will really only work if you're working out a lot. Like I said, I'm not sure it will work fast. Marc noticed a difference pretty early on, but not a huge one. However, if you're looking for some tips about maintaining a lower weight, this might help. He's been doing it since about Christmas and I have to say; he has a SMOKING hot body today. His waist is only about 3 inches bigger than mine and he's solid muscle. Gook luck!

This is huge, Loubert. Many times when you feel hungry, you can squash the craving with a big glass of water.

Cut sugar/sodium as much as you can. Avoid anything white basically lol ( bread, rice, starchy products).

                                                    I can't tell you because I haven't started.

Just not ready yet to completely give up eating what I want. Plus, the longer I need diet advice the more of a reason I have to make incessant small-talk with yourself.
