Has anyone had an 0-7, 0-8 kinda day lately?

Makes you feel like throwing up, I mean, what are the chances?? I'm managing my roll properly and didn't lost more than 20% of it, however I lost last months profit, probably.

I still have 3 pending plays but I think they will all be losers, gave up on today, wanted to hear if someone had one of those lately, I'm not bitching about it, I will not chase, I just want to know the best way to let it go from one's memory and still have confidence to get back in the game.

Have some discipline. Went 28-2 once never upping my units.

Another time, lost like 18 out of 20. Didn`t chase, so didn`t kill me.

The few times, usually hammered, that I chased HARD on a late Sun or MNF game didn`t end well.

Been in terrible form also last few days

My only concern is my confidence for next week, already calmed down, got one last win to save the day and with 2 plays pending if at least one of them hits I might get almost even where I was 2 weeks ago. I don't know how this happened, but it happened...

Take a break. If you don't make a living off this or need to play daily for a model or something take a few days off. It happens to everyone. It's as hard to do to as going 10-0. Take a few days off - get some workouts or focus on work/family whatever and stay away from sports for a few days to reset head and move on.

Just remember almost all of us have been there. I still remember my last 0-for-9 day. It was 9 years ago thank goodness but we all have them. Misery loves company because then it's not so personal that you had it happen to you.
