#73Sorry you could not make this year's event. Always tough when you gotta decide between plane ticket for a grand or 3 months mortgage. Try to put away $10 a week and maybe next one two years from now you will be good to go.Comment -

#76. DS is happily married to his HS sweetheart. He SHOULD be showing the signs of living the good life. You, on the other hand, pulled your shirt over your head and and took a pic of your dilapidated body to recruit a live in "partner" to pay for her sexual favors. AND, you had to hire some action on your last bash trip I hear. Paying for sex and living in the slums of the US but judging one of the most successful posters at SBR for being fat and happy?
As Rocket would say... you can't make this shit up!Comment -

Care to prove your pay for sex claims? Didn't think so.
I wasn't judging DS at all, saw him at last Bash & submitted his shirt size for Donkey.

Obviously you can "make this shit up," as you just did.

As for "proving" you paid for an escort...is there really a need? Some of us more educated folks have this thing called power of deduction.
Carry on with your standard response to everything....Comment -

Of course there's a need. You made an accusation, failing to back it up with any proof/evidence. I didn't see you at last Bash, nor do I see your 2015 Bash badge. Yet you want to pretend to be in the know when you weren't even there, by ignorantly claiming $ exchanged hands.
And, since I'm actually a grown ass man, there's no need for me to "take a run at you" because of things said in a chitty room. I can assure you that there are others here at SBR you'd be better served tossing around your fighting offers, however. I don't pick fights but I'll for damn sure respond....and you don't want me responding.Comment -

Still using DSI as your savings account/retirement? Who cares about sports book/poker? You're too much of a broke dikk to go to bash and you wanna talk about balances.Comment -

#90I forgot you refinanced that steaming pile you call a home. If your mortgage payment P&I is more than 300 or so a month your getting ripped again. Ask for the surrounded by high crime, terrible schools and sex offenders discount.

I called SunTrust mortgage & inquired about the discount you receive. They said that discount is strictly for Georgia residents & my area doesn't qualify for such a discount.
My sportsbook/poker account balance reference was obviously made to demonstrate that missing this Bash wasn't due to a financial issue. If it was a financial issue as you ignorantly claim, then it stands to reason I wouldn't have attended the last Bash as well.Comment -

#92Show me anyone's mortgage which is $300/month P & I, demonstrating your ignorance yet again.

As for the other stuff, its easily verifiable you live in a dump of a district. Schools rated at the bottom of the barrel and high crime define your area. Nobody with any means whatsoever would live there as its a terrible area with limited options for growth. Property values continue to stay deflated and all future projections predict the same.
And of course you've got it in your "sportsbook" balance. Its ok bobbo, next time Im gonna get more motivated and try to get that go fund me page funded. You spent that past two years calling everyone who didnt attend last bash a broke dick and now wanna change tunes. Understandable, I wouldnt want to spend months of living expenses on a plane ticket either.
From Zillow estimated mtg payment.

#93Man, I almost feel sorry for Bobby but he obviously brings it on himself. Love the "Internet Visionary" description Bobby's Linkedin account.Comment -

And I actually mean that relatively seriously. He's prob a happy dude for the most part because of his filter.Comment -
#95Of course, yet you make ignorant lack of funds statements.

Your link shows 20% down payment. I only had to put 5% down, which obviously makes mortgage payments higher. My mortgage also includes 4k property taxes, which you conveniently left out.Comment -

2nd time you made this statement, you're all talk & no action.

So my statement holds true. Tough to justify spending multiple(close to 3)months mortgage on a plane ticket for 2 days. Sorry Bobbo maybe next time. Try the $10/week thing, you'll have that plane ticket set aside if you don't have to dip into for working girls or your power bill.Comment -
#99In a serious note, I am not making fun of Bobby for where he lives, I hope he is happy.
Serious question as I missed this before, you are paying almost $4000/year property taxes on a property worth approx. $70k?
I am really surprised about this. I thought that Canada had higher taxes in general than the US but I live in a significantly more expensive house in a high property tax/value location and my annual property taxes are only a little more than Bobby's.
Is this property tax level reasonable for the US?Comment -
#100My statement was P&I which obviously you do not understand as it has zero to do with taxes. EVEN with only 5% down of the 50-60k you paid. Your actual mortgage payment is still sub $300 for principal and interest on a 30 year am with your property tax escrow account approximately doubling the payment.

No need to save for airfare, frequent flyers like myself have plenty of air miles saved up.Comment -
#101I will concur with BW here....property taxes in the state of NJ are one of the highest in the nation. It's not out of the norm to pay 4-5000 a year tax on a "lower" priced home......have a friend of ours who just bought a 300k home in Atlantic County.....propery taxes 9k a yearComment -
