Where do I even start?
- I'm in Vegas, so SIX teams are in my blackout range for some dipshit reason. Every Cali team and Arizona. And if LAA is playing TOR in Toronto for example, I'm blacked out there too, which makes zero sense.
- If a game is on ESPN (which I happily don't have anymore), it's blacked out too.
- Countless delays on the feed. You'll miss entire ABs just on the delays alone. There will be nobody on base, it will buffer and skip, then all of a sudden there's two men on. Not even worth it. I'm watching StL/BOS, and it's 4-4 in the 9th, but in all likelihood the game is probably over and i just don't know it yet.
- And that's if you can even watch the game because the feed will konk out completely every other day. I can't think of one time I could watch the Cardinals home feed all the way through. I usually have to just give up.
So I email the company and tell them just what I told you, and they denied my cancel request, LOL. No refund, you're just gonna have to F'n deal with it! Pretty gangster on their end, I'll give them that, but if this is how you handle complaints and requests for refunds, it's only a matter of when.
MLB doesn't have the luxury of pissing off their remaining fans.
