It's crazy to think, but it is very plausible that the Worm visiting helped get this kid back to the USA. He could be the best US Diplomat when it comes to dealing with Kimmy.

how do you follow the rules when the rules are vague, and many of them not even explicit? the rules are do anything to piss off those in power and you will be jailed and/or executed

how do you know what pisses those nazis off? they can get pissed off with your haircut, or your clothes, or something you say.

how can a country be a nice place to live when people are being jailed for something they said

otto took a piece of paper as a souvenir, he didnt know he was doing something ilegal, in fact he wasnt, its just that those in power there can interpret the law however they want so they can make anything you do illegal

what i am trying to say is, you will never know if something you do or say is illegal until you are hanging upside down in a holding cell
