This is always a waste of time. Bulls fans will absolutely never allow consideration for any other player to be thought of as best player. Just because Stuart Scott and others proclaimed him the best ever a hundred times a day for 10 years straight does not make it so. Now I'm not saying that he is not the best, but Jordan worshipers cannot have this discussion in a reasonable manner. Who the fuq knows who was the best ever? Too much of a 'team' sport, I hope, to come out with a true answer. How do we know that Phil didn't insist that Pippen setup Jordan first and if not possible he was clear to shoot/score/pass to other. If so, that takes away from his stats, no? One thing was for sure, Jordan was not a generous player the way Magic, bird, Robertson et al were. Maybe Jordan was the best but if so only by a narrow margin over a dozen others and not the slamdunk #1 that Jordan lovers claim. I don't recall him getting 100 points in a game for starters. And he's not even close in the passing department so let the argument continue.

jordan would own kobe if they both were in their prime.. but if u put jordans team when they were the best vs kobes best team with shaq then i think kobes team would win .....but only cuz of shaq ..jordan was the best player on his team and in the NBA during his time ... kobe is debatable

i agree with you about him not being as "sharing" as magic and robertson but he did his fair share of team ball play ... he is probably one of the best defensive guards to ever play the game also .. btw kobe doesnt know how to share the ball neither

there were many players that were great

pistol pete had handles like u couldnt believe

robertson averaged a triple double for an entire year

wilt dropped 100 in a game and averaged 50 points in a season

there is kareem who was insane also

magic johnson and larry bird were great

I actually think Magic Johnson might have been a little better then Kobe.. Magic could play all 5 positions and was just as clutch...

When Magic ran the fast break during those Laker showtime years he was unstoppable. Completely ungaurdable. Could pass or score so easily.. Kobe was a better defender though but that's it, Magic a better rebounder, assists, etc..... Magic in his prime was absolutely unstoppable and an ALL PURPOSE basketball player.. Buck was the shittts.
