I know what you guys are talking about.. Drink the hard stuff daily and you won't ever get the flu.. Germs can't survive in alcohol and they will bounce right off ya.. You'll be killing your liver among other things instead though..

Went to the ride aid store just now, not easy with the chills... Shelves were almost empty as all the flu medicines are sold out..

Talked to the pharmacist and he's telling me everyone is getting the flu now and the flu medicines are selling out fast.. I laughed..

I did get a 750ml bottle of tequila and chugging now.. I'm feeling better already and clearing up, energy boost that's for sure.. I don't never drink hard liquor so I'm slamming a gulp with a lemon peel bite.

Stay tuned???. Gonna burn this bug out of me damn it!!!

My buddy tells me Tequila Internacional is the best Tequila for the buck.. Didn't have it at Rite Aid.. Bought Jose Cuervo Especial.... It's garbage but not that bad if you chase with a lemon bite...

Update - I'm almost into the 750ml bottle half way now.. I'm a big boy though 6'6" 240.

Tequila is working like a charm though I can't lie.... I'm feeling better.. Let's see how I feel in the morning though that's tell tail sign!!!... Mexicans swear by it.. Tequila kills cold germs... We'll see, especially if I have a good night sleep for once..

It did clear up my congestion greatly and I'm very warm now, no chills.. Not hammered though.. Comfortably numb..

I jump in the sauna and sweat it out. Haven't had the flu in over a decade and only a minor cold maybe twice. I've had a sore throat from time to time. An elixir of hot water, manuka honey, curcumin, and lemon juice is good for that.

What is making the grade these days is HEMP oils.. Not the cheap stuff but the expensive stuff.. No lie, my buddy had 2 old dogs that were hurting and on their last legs.. Honest truth..

It's weird though, I saw a documentary on brain cancer patients and they did some studies about super charging the immune system.. It wasn't about finding a magical cure to the disease but it was more about boosting your own natural immune system..

For example one patient in Europe was terminally ill with brain cancer and was injected with the HIV virus and that just jump started the natural immune system to fight off the terminal brain cancer.. Sure enough the brain cancer tumor shrunk and the patient lived, she did end up with the HIV virus though..

I kid you not I read up on this and it was on the 60 minutes show where I saw it.. It's all about the natural immune system if you want to fight off disease..

I wish more scientists would focus in on boosting the human immune system rather then finding a magical herb cure for all diseases.. The cure lies in our own immune systems I think..

That's my opinion anyways... You wanna save your loved ones boost their own immune systems... That's the key... Cancer too..

if you have a sore throat take a shot of apple cider vinegar, mix it with juice if you need to.

gargle with somevstraight apple cider vinegar and salt solution as well
