Quantum computing stocks rallied Wednesday following a directive from Microsoft urging businesses to get "quantum-ready" in 2025.
The news lifted shares of Rigetti Computing, D-Wave Quantum and IonQ
Quantum stocks skyrocketed last year, but have pulled back following comments from Nvidia's Jensen Huang and Meta Platforms' CEO, Mark Zuckerberg

Microsoft 2025 or Thong 2050. Huuummm!

Chuck ... I'm up well over 200% over the last 2 years, and I've got WAY more than $1,000. Even after taking profits I took a 4K plus hit on Thong's words. I'd redo your numbers.

Microsoft's remarks helped drive shares of Rigetti Computing more than 13% higher Wednesday, while D-Wave quantum surged 16%, IonQ climbed 26%. The rally was also fueled by Nvidia on Tuesday announcing a "Quantum Day" at its GTC conference in March.

Somewhat contradictory wouldn't you say??? Or who knows, maybe he'll tank them again.

How rich will one have to be to expand life expectancy? Will out bodies hold out? I just turned 50 and my knees are already failing lol.

I'm sorry to inform that the average human dramatically deteriorates between 50-70. For me (physically fit) the slide started circa 55. The good news for you is knee and hip replacements are benign/minor well matured surgeries nowadays.

In the future your genome will be mapped at birth, or early in life, and science will alter your genome to counteract thousands of diseases and maladies expected later in life.

Money is just paper. Health rules!!

Mad, a lot of crossover btw this thread and the Bitcoin thread. Question is: Where to get the best return on your money?

I like the Quantum computer companies you've listed. But I will say that they're extremely volatile. IONQ has had some huge days but also some miserable days.

One other observation on stocks. If it's not a tech company or a crypto stock, most returns have been very flat of late.

Even the Dividend funds look shaky to me. Those used to be very solid for safe returns.

Simple answer. Stock 3x overbought. Lost 600B (B for Billion) in one day. Look up the # of companies valued at or below 600B and that's all you need to know. Start with UNH, **** and **.

Usually see BABA sell off within 1-2 weeks of lunar new year

Call me crazy but I think $200 is possible this year
