Taking a shot with the Phillies today

Not a MLB genius by far but I did find some info I thought I would share on this game and the reasons why I am playing it today

1.Matt Harvey is likely to be making his final start for the Reds today. He is likely to get traded here soon. I don’t think he’ll be too focused for this game with all the trade rumors surrounding his name.

2.His last start Harvey is coming off his worst outing as a Red. He was lit up for 8 earned runs and 4 homers in 3 2/3 innings of a 2-9 home loss to the Pittsburgh Pirates.

3.Vincent Velasquez has been at his best on the road this season, going 2-3 with a 2.42 ERA and 1.119 WHIP in eight starts.

4.Velasquez has been lights out in his last three starts, going 1-0 with a 0.60 ERA and 0.667 WHIP.

I am a recreational gambler who bets 20-30 a game right now
I'm much better at NFL CFL(ncaa)
But I like this spot here for a unit

And in regards to point 1 Matt's a emotional pitcher I'm betting on it today that the stress of anticipation of being traded will effect his control

Phils are in 1st by 2.5 over the Braves, 6 over the Nats. They have a lot to play for unlike the Reds who are in the basement by 14.5 in the NL Central. This could be one of those games where Velasquez gets blown up early but he's had great stuff lately. Phils seem like a good bet here.

Tickets still high here, but according to my sources the money is getting more split and less one sided.

The market was waiting and responded to that little move.
