    Todd Frazier epic cheating
Made a catch in the stands yesterday....except he didn't catch it and the ball he showed the ump was a rubber ball a fan had.

Remember when Jeter acted like the pitch hit him, but video showed it hit the knob on the bat?

This isn't cheating. In baseball, part of the game is selling it. In so many ways, you're trying to sell it.

                        Think about it:
                        * Catcher framing pitches. If he steals 100 strikes over course of season, that's huge.
                        * Area play at 2nd-base. If you're close, he's out. Better than getting your knee blown out.
                        * Any catch in the field of play. Put the onus on the umpire, let him make the call.
Where's the fuckin power box, Carol?

this reminds me of a commercial from years ago, where the kid had the ball go out on him but ref missed itt. Then during a timeout he went and told the ref it was off him

                                  Umps were asleep, fukk em

Bad calls are made all the time. No player is gonna tell the ref they were wrong and reverse the call to hurt their team. However, intentionally trying to fool a ref with a fake ball hoping to get away with it is just garbage, cheesey and he should be suspended as well as the replay officials smacked in the back of the head. Honestly I feel the same way about receivers who pretend they caught the ball when it is ridiculously obvious they know they didnt. If the ref gets it wrong and it benefits you cool. But, when you sell a play you know you didn't correctly make, LAME. Just like flopping in soccer, basketball and hockey. LAME
