Who is the most annoying announcer?

Booger MacFarland has been atrocious on MNF so far. Joe Buck would be my answer though since he has had decades of practice and still blows

Disagree. I like Buck and Collinsworth. I don't think Joe Buck ever played the game, but I loved Collinsworth as a player. Yeah, I'm old enough to have watched him play.

The most annoying announcers are women and old men that stay too long. Pat Summerall is a good example. He was a great announcer but he stayed around about 3 years too long. He kept making too many mistakes that younger announcers wouldn't make.

John Madden recognized he was too old and he got out in time. Maybe a year or so too late, but not too bad.

Chick Hearn, Vin Scully, Bob Miller - L.A. announcers will forever be the best.

I even remember Joe Torre doing color on Angels games. He was pretty good.

Collinsworth is a bit of a weenie,but I wouldn't say he's the worst ive heard.

I like Al Micheals,he still does a decent job,Jim Nantz is pretty good to.

Matt Millen - Not even CLOSE! The suits finally realized how horrendous he was and demoted him, then finally shitcanned him. Now at Big 10 Network. He came across as such a pompous, know it all - Hard to get away with that attitude after you were GM for an 0-16 season... Excruciating to listen to this jackass!

Yeah ive not really enjoyed listening to him either,don't know why they think all these players
can jump right into colour commentary.

It's a tough job,alot of guys have tried and been bad at it.

On the other hand, I really enjoy Chris Spielman.
He is so insightful reading the tells of QBs, Wide Receivers and O Linemen.
Really gives you an understated vision of the game thru the eyes of a knowledgeable professional.

NFL - Collingsworth and Buck are garbage .
Jackson comes in 4 plays last night , not remotely close to throwing a single pass when CC claims "Now we're seeing a 2 QB rotation by the Ravens ". Fukkin what ?
Buck , please just go back to baseball , at least he has somewhat of a clue there although still hard to listen to .
