Hi guys, new here but would really like some help if anyone has been in a similar situation before.
Basically i placed a couple of wagers on the same game on sunday on b365, the biggest one was £480+ on an away team to score more than 7 goals (it was a friendly) and low and behold they did. They were scoring for fun so whilst it was 4 or 5 nil, i jumped on over 7.5 at 13.00, so over 5k win there. They clearly thought that the home team would roll over them, but perhaps they sent out there reserves or something. Either way, they set the odds and they messed up.
Anyway, the bet was SETTLED. I received my money. Happy days.
I had something like 13k in my bet account so i withdrew 10. LAter that evening i checked my balance and somehow i had -6k!! So they had settled, and then decided to re-settle, ie void, my bet, saying that 'the fixture was listed incorrectly'?? What does that even mean?
Im trying to get someone to call me about it but its taking forever. My plan is to go to IBAS if needs be, but does anyone know if this is worth it? Will they limit my account out of pure spite??
The biggest problem i have with this is what they are basically demonstrating is that they can void ANY winning bet you've ever made, as they had already paid out and the money was mine!
