I agree 100%. Rules stated 2 guards, 2 forwards, and 1 center, but there really weren't any rules. Turns out that line-ups could be any 5 players one wanted. I'm sure you, I, and others would have selected different line-ups had we not followed the so called specific line-up "Rules" that were stated when Contest was announced.

So look at last season for example when he playing as a PG for 1st half of season. All of the best guys in NBA so all on the contest plays in couple position. All Big guys can play and often play as a foward, fowards play as a guards so whats a problem ?

So look at last season for example when he playing as a PG for 1st half of season. All of the best guys in NBA so all on the contest plays in couple position. All Big guys can play and often play as a foward, fowards play as a guards so whats a problem ?

I have never heard that but in any case, that was 15 years ago.

People should not have been able to use LeBron as a guard, and also, the rule that Grivas asked to be implemented was added after most had already submitted their picks.

If you bring up the ball and set up the offense you are more of a guard than anything else, but splitting hairs here. It pointed out that sometimes Larry Bird had ball-handling responsibilities in Boston's offense, not that he's the same player as LeBron.

You can go by whatever you want but no major website has considered LeBron a guard during his career. He's not listed as a guard anywhere. He's considered a small forward/power foward.
