Dodgers are more like the Rangers if anything. B2B world series choke jobs. Dodgers are that kind of team. I believed in them last year. Then I saw the meltdown first hand. I just don't see the killer instinct in these white boys. They don't have it.

How was the series price so close? Boston 108 win team and destroyed HOU.

I have no horse in this race.

The World Series should be the 2 best teams playing one another: Boston vs Houston.
            It happened...Boston won.

The AL dominated this year and NL teams LAD and Milwaukee were mere after thoughts.

That said the winner of Game 1 of the World Series goes on to win the crown 63+% of the time.

JUST IN: @DKSportsbook, which operates a mobile app in New Jersey, just took one of its largest bets. A bettor deposited $500,000 and used it to bet on the Red Sox to win the Series. DraftKings officials spoke to bettor to confirm, will net $325,000 if Sox beat Dodgers.

Last two years game 1 hasn’t mattered in deciding the winner and like I said to twizzle in his thread, I thought they didn’t really need game 1. I’m still confident the Dodgers win this, everything is right on schedule.

Boston has been incredibly lucky this postseason. These things tend to regress. The question is when.

Every team that wins a world series gets lucky. You can't win a championship without luck.
