If 51 or fewer points are scored:

andyjc712 (55) and 5-0
pabonaparte (53) and 4-1
daneblazer (52) and 3-2 on five-star picks

I would like to make certain the primary tiebreaker is the # of points scored, not five-star picks record. Additionally could you confirm that andyjc712 (not myself) places higher in case Alabama covers -6 and the game goes under 51 points. The final pick is not a kind of secondary tiebreaker is it?

For users who are tied in contest units:

First tiebreaker: # of points scored. Closest without going over wins.

Final tiebreaker: # of 3* wins. If still tied, prizes split.

1st. $5,000
2nd. $3,000
3rd. $2,000
4th. 50k betpoints
5th. 25k betpoints
6th. 20k betpoints
7th. 15k betpoints
8th. 10k betpoints
9th. 5k betpoints

NCAA Bowl Contest: $10,500 + 125K Betpoints

Thanks for the good luck...although I’ve hedged pretty heavily so that I come out $1000 ahead either way.

Hopefully I can find time this year to make it to the WSOP to let my winnings ride.

sportsfun is a VETERAN poster of all of the main gambling forums. He usually plays in a lot of post up contests across the street. It is a shame that he forgot.

I didnt post my pick because i was out of contention to win anything and thought that I would just save SBR some time in grading

I hedged a bit too. Actually liked Clemson but read the tea leaves and thought I could win more with Alabama

damn that's rough, it's good first place didn't get beat by a forced pick that is worth too much but 2nd and 3rd got crushed.

After 15 picks, one pick pushed 2nd back to tiebreakers for 9-12th lol and 9th place is cutoff for winnings. Ouch, looks like he got 11th after tiebreakers.

just another example of how final pick is worth too much.

It does seem like the last pick is worth too much.... but look at it this way... if Alabama would of won... a lot of people had an opportunity to leap ahead. Guess it brings more excitement to the final finish?
