Have a little time here so I will explain, I've mentioned it in another post way back, but as a retired accountant I love numbers and this seems to work for me. I know I'm a fairly disciplined gambler, I have made all the same mistakes (INSANITY COMES TO MIND)... as long as you've learned something it keeps you on track. This style the account lasts quite a while, I rack up the points on my site for future dollars and typically get a $100 free bet per week...thanks to 888. Having read a recent post I don't deal with units either, but if you do, I always start each round with $50 so consider that a unit (will add). Since I came out of the gate early with 2 stress free wins, this is how the wagers broke down.

1) 1st Bet risk $50 return $94.50- MARQUETTE -117 (1 unit)

2) 2nd Bet risk $94.50 return $177.66- SOUTH DAKOTA STATE -115 (2 units)

**AT THIS POINT I TAKE OUT MY ORIGINAL BET AND PLAY WITH HOUSE MONEY**

UPDATED ACCOUNT: $127.66

3) 3rd Bet risk $127.66 return $251.35- WISCONSON -115 (2.5 units)

** 5-6 GAME STREAK IT GETS INTERESTING**

Can't say that my plays work that well all the time...but nice when you get 3 straight wire to wire wins. Not to get to excited because I know how easy it is to drop 3 straight. But it does feel good that all the grinding and crunching numbers worked, makes it all worth while. Overall I profited $251.35 for the day and am looking forward to the next play. Unfortunately, there are only 2 games on the card tomorrow and either game fits. Will take a pass and maybe play a little poker for a change and get right back at it on Tuesday.

I don't bet more than I can afford, to me it's minimal and I can afford it. Not looking to making 10's of 1000's of dollars, I just like to have a little skin on the games. My betting style, I have used for many years and I have made enough withdrawals for me to know it works. As a small time poker player I call it the PUSH RAISE. I'm not stupid enough to keep pushing the envelope and shoving all-in after each win. As the wins start to mount I will pull out winnings for my next round. I consider myself a disciplined gambler I keep to the plan $50 to start. I feel confident enough that I've done all the homework I can, to get that extra edge. Actually if you look back at my first thread I started off winning six strait. I cashed in for my own personal reasons and let the thread go. I had fun with it and that's why I figured why not try it again, hoping the next few months will fly by (can't wait for golf). I would never guarantee or say one of my plays is a lock. However, you can assure that I've crunched all the numbers on the particular plays. (I refer to it as being SHARP)
Finally this is a message to JJ, I kind of envy you, it appears that you've been able to do this for a living. But, I challenge you to this. I will post 100 picks and I bet I will hit at least 60 games. CALL IT COCKINESS IF YOU WANT... If not, I will leave, close my account and you will never hear from me again. If I do, you have to do the same...LOL.
I'm including my 3-0 start BTW and should include my first 6-0-1P record that is documented on my previous thread, but I'm confident enough I will cut you a break.
I am not a pro and would never profess to be one. I'm not a tout and that's not why I'm doing this. I'm retired live very comfortable and have more time than I know what to with.

Good morning, well at least the 1st quarter was entertaining, went 1 and 1 with my selections last night on that game. Although I lost with Bama I did however hit on the coin flip. In the future remember this "a little head in the morning and good ole tail in the afternoon". I've used that theory for years and its worked.
