Let norton fix my computer. They erased my passwords. Tried to relog into my coinbase acct. They said they sent me an sms message but never received it. So i tried to change phone to my mothers. they sent sms but somehow i have gotten uglier thru the years. So they told me to wait 24 hrs. So i tried again using my mom's phone. but now the sms message didn't come thru to her phone. I have spent at least an hr a night since tuesday talking to these guys. I have went to tmobile and they sent sms message to my phone.

Occasionally this issue can be caused by network congestion. In this case it is best to wait for a half hour and try again.

- Make sure your service has an SMS plan. (If you receive SMS messages from other people, it probably does.)
- Please try rebooting your device before attempting the process again.
- Make sure you have adequate reception.
- Make sure your phone’s inbox is not full and not allowing more messages to arrive.
- Please call your provider and make sure you do not have a ‘spam’ or ‘shortcode’ filter enabled. Some providers will enable these without your knowledge.
- Please check your phone’s block list for shortcodes, for example: 776-836. This can usually be found in Settings > Phone > Call Blocking.
