Bwin fraud Bwin Scam, join class action lawsuit against Bwin
I am organizing class action lawsuit against Bwin with top law firm, if you was defrauded by Bwin, please urgently contact me:

This website is for sale! mkapital.com is your first and best source for all of the information you’re looking for. From general topics to more of what you would expect to find here, mkapital.com has it all. We hope you find what you are searching for!

It doesn't matter how much Bwin stole from you, you will get paid back in full and will be compensated on top. We must organize and proceed, law is on our side and we must prove it. Bwin is no question a massive Ponzi scheme and fraud similar to Madoff pyramide, they are very weak financially and scam is their only way to keep going. Believe me we will stop them and halt their gambling license.
They not only steal players money, I am very confident this fraud is much more widespread and includes wire fraud, money laudering, corruption. The more the better for us. Let's act immediately!

    What happened with bWin?
I heard some complaints about them but I personally never used them.

I remember seeing many commercials they made in the Eurosport channel and many football teams have BWIN on their jerseys, so they're quite big, and I'm trying to understand what happened with them?

Are you from Germany by the way? Do you speak German? If you are then you probably have good chances.

Can you explain what happened with them?

I contacted **** and ********** phishing and fraud department, provided my credit cards numbers, bank name, my name. Who better knows who's cards are those mine or not, **** and ********** know. I will write reply after what I will receive from them regarding it (before advising with the lawyer), I believe the allegations I wrote them about Bwin, they will take seriously and investigate further. Some scams can go even for decades but never indefinitely, at some point it will come out. In every scam, wire fraud, money laundering case there are legal channels that fraudsters exploit finding weakness in it. Same is with Bwin, it's clearly 100% scam that pays 100 bets who won 10eur from one account where they stole 1000eur. I looked inot their financial statements, 20 million accounts they write about is crazy lies, imagine every 1/4th person in Germany has account at Bwin, or every 35th is Western Europe if it's only including adults so it's like every in 10 in Western Europe has Bwin account, go ask all people from your neighborhood, how many of them have account at Bwin?
Reading their fraudulent financial balance sheet made me much fun, how this 2 criminal cocroaches who run this scam think high about their soon to be bankrupt Bwin. There is no value or money in it, all they steal and what players lose they use for agressive advertising. From traders perspective they are broke, bankrupt public company. I think before they will return what they stole from us, they will be history.

Fill out a complaint form here:

While Bwin's CS is sometimes lacking, I don't think they have ever done anything fraudulent.

I will spend 0$, Bwin will pay for it, don't worry. My lawyer (can't say his name even if I would love to) won multimillion and few billion cases, mostly very complicated divorce cases engaging Russian but not only tycoons. He represented only their wives, you can't imagine how hard is to get from a Russian tycoon anything, all accounts where parked offshore. Really cases no one ever would take for free from the beginning, he took and he won all. He proved and finded this offshore money. After one billion $ case, the tycoon lost, but after it he came to this lawyer to shake his hand and gave him respect. This lawyer knows all the business elite people in country he resides, not some Bwin two poor criminals who think they can have this scam forever. I want to take as many people as possible who were defrauded by Bwin and move on. I will not do it alone probably as my time cost only little more than 736eur, I shorted Bwin stock and will short even more, this making real money. But I can't see how Bwin steals money from people using offshore jurisdiction Gibraltar.
To understand what Gibraltar is, you must read Arturo Perez Reverte story, based on a real thing happened in life of few people in narcotrafficking business. It is very precisely described there how crime cartels from Mexico, Colombia, Russia use Gibraltar to park their money there legally and get citizenship and protection from Gibraltar government. This is so corrupted offshore jurisdiction and so exploited by biggest criminal gangs, you can't possibly imagine. I know Russian tycoons who stole billions $$$ (money laundering) in Russia and park it in offshore trusts and companies, banks in Gibraltar. Bwin knew where to go. In Europe, Norbert Teufelberger and Manfred Bodner would not be in jail for a weekend only, for their fraud they would be uncovered faster and face real jail terms.
The book you can see here: http://www.perez-reverte.com/QueenOf...escription.asp

To see how we short Bwin stock go here: http://www.mkapital.com/id40.html

Today, when all European markets are up 2-3%, Bwin's stock in Vienna is down 1.5%. http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=BWIN.VI

                  FCK it.

It's not about the money, it's about quality. If Bwin would only steal from 1 customer 100,000eur it would be more hard and costly to prove it. But when it is a massive, well organized fraud by Bwin where many ( I think thousands) accounts are cheated for some money, this is organized crime and is easily proved. 100-1000 people would not lie that Bwin stole their money, even if it's very small amounts.
Class action is not about the how much money it is, it's about size of people defrauded.
Many players after getting letter I got from their stinky, corrupted lawyer, would be afraid and give up. I am on the opposite very proud of it and honoured, that beast feels some ant is walking on it's body and enters it's ears, eyes, mouth.
They only sended me this letter because they know, that hedge funds can bring them down faster than any lawsuit in the world. Lawsuits go for years, when hedge funds feel the pray (stock) is showing first signs of weakness and starts bleeding, they are like pyranha fish, they will bite is till the last flesh is eaten. Why you think Bwin, 1,000,000,000eur in market cap CORPORATION (this 1 billion soon will be 1 million, or more precisely $0) reacted to some small boy's complain. C'mon, it's all about real money that can be shorted hell out of their stock. I am waiting for their lawyers next letter, today I had visits to my website from Gibraltar ann Austria. Bwin, I am coming for you, hehehe http://www.mkapital.com/id40.html

What is so funny? Stealing money is no fun, once it will happen to you, you will understand how it feels, you will see that even if it's 10$ that some betting website will steal from you, the feeling will be the same as $1 million.
I am sure Bwin boys are same happy that they brake accounts on a daily basis and get unpunished, in former times you could send them a bullet in the head and all fine, they think nobody is going to do it this days, but we live in a strange world when emotions run high...and life of a person really costs only few or up to tens of thousands $.
I imagine Norbert Teufelberger or Manfred Bodner lie dead in their scam Bwin car garage, with open shocked eyes and the reason is that they stole from a player 60eur, he bought gun for another 500eur and that's it. How much then their lives would be worth, only 560eur, 280eur per life.
But I wish them live long as only then they can suffer more, their lives are already very stressful if they have to steal to survive.
I promise you, that as a public company till 2015 they will not be. Imagine if Ladbrokes or another big betting firm or Las Vegas casino would cheat and steal from customers, how long they would be in business? Business run on such principles (greed, pressure, scam) as Bwin Fraud Co., is not a long business that's why year 2015 is the maximum they can live. I know what I say!!!

I like this news article, where Florentino Perez, owner of Real Madrid says: I don't trust the financial reports provided by Bwin, in other words it's like saying Bwin's financial statements are fraud.
This person would not through words to the wind, read it here:

Now Bwin will have to steal even more to get Real Madrid sponsorship. I pray God Mr. Florentino will send them to hell with their sponsorship, where part of the funds are stolen from players. Without Real Madrid, Bwin is dead.
