It's just a book that has the schedule for a league (they only make them for US sports); Don Best assigns each game two numbers (one for each team). They also have a few boxes for each game where you can write what your plays are, opening line, closing line, etc. You will notice the rotation numbers are used at most sportsbooks. Odds software uses them as well, SBR Odds included.

There used to be two different rotation sets. I know one was/is the "international" rotation. The other I think was "Las Vegas" rotation. Here is MY question, does anyone know where to find one, book filled in with results.
