Anyone can fund an account. You have to be in Indiana to make the wager on your phone.

Well sounds like there is a way around it then. Not sure how they gonna know whether my phone is 'IN' Indiana or not. I can easily get a cheap flip phone with an Indiana number. Unless they gonna have some sort of sophisticated system to make it for landlines only. But that would be crazy because it would further limit their potential clientele.

Their are parts of Indiana that have money, Northwest Indiana is just a suburb of chicago, its 20 minutes from the city, Indianapolis's health sector and economy is fairly strong, some engineering companies, steel companies, some farmers. Small state, but their is some money.
