i like em,im in in philly.I placed my wagers online, hit a few parlays and picked up my cash a day later.im just waiting on my debit card to come that they have so i can just withdraw at atm.
I've used sugarhouse for about 3 days now, I had an annoying experience trying to get a payout. I can't deposit with my debit card because its a gambling site even though a now legal one so I deposited in cash at a store and took the max bonus, I rolled it over and request a small withdrawal to see how easy it is to get your money. The easiest way to get money is have the money put on a prepaid sugarhouse card that you have but they won't send me the card unless I deposit with it, which makes no sense and is stupid, so I requested a check that can take up to 10-14 days. It makes no sense that they don't just mail the sugarhouse prepaid card to everyone with an account, there's no reason you should have to deposit with the card get one, its just a way of trying to save a couple dollars by not mailing as many phsyical cards.

can't you deposit/withdraw with your checking account?
Got a nice scalp today at Sugar House/Heritage, Giants +180 / Dodgers -154, see my separate thread. SH kept Giants at original price the whole time between Dodgers announcing pitching change last night and line re-opening this morning.
I've been more impressed with sugarhouse than Parx so far, Sugarhouse processed my request for a check immediately and it was easier to change my address, Parx seems to take days to process payments. They have the same lines but I see Sugarhouse as being better run right now.
so I make a 500 deposit in each of the new four online legal sportsbooks. they are all good but lines in foot must get better or I will not use them, meaning the vig.
but here is.a question for fanduel people, they write about a boost odds promo and I have been checking every day and every day I click on boost odds there are no games listed. does anybody know how that works or is it not active yet or WTF? I think, and this is an early decision but I think out of all four I will probably use fan due the most with parx second-most. but that can change.
thanks JJ, however I haven't even seen one boost odds in PA as of yet, can you explain how that works? I am assuming if you bet the dog in base you get better odds, and if you bet the favorite you also get better odds, but that is just a guess, but can't imagine how else it could work.
Also how much is the boost, it can't be much, does maybe a dog go from 118 to 121 or something like that. I am at a loss here.
Fanduel finally replied to my email, they claim that as of right now they are primarily in what they called "trial territory" and the odds boost feature and a bunch of other promotions will be available shortly.
I think fanduel if their vig is reasonable will be a major out for me. So far I like almost everything especially the speed of live wager, the ease of withdrawing, the ease of depositing, the number of options and it seems sensible to me that they will even have selling points in foot and baskets and how I love to sell points on dogs. I will probably keep Wagerline and possibly the other three pa legals. And who knows with 4 or 5 other legal possibilities coming to PA things may get even better.
What a relief not worrying about bitcoin or CC or any other BS, and also knowing with absolute certainty if I want to piss away a couple hundred at the casino I have a fair shot, not a great shot but I know for sure that a royal has a possibility of happening, that a JP on other machines can occur. Can you say that about unregulated shops?
oh and when I visit my family in NJ I believe I can open up another account with at least two or three of these shops and receive the same generous promotion of a 250 match or a 500 first wager back if it loses. At least I think that is possible, I am not positive.
and with a one-time rollover. I wonder if that will be the same when they provide other promos, I kinda doubt it, people will take advantage of that.
that is great news, my next trip to NJ, I will rejoin all four. I wonder if you need a new screen name and new pw, or can you use the same as PA? whatever this foot/basket season will be a joy for me win or lose. what a pain in the dick screwing around with CC and sending in forms and all the other BS.
I think it is only a matter of time until almost all states with the exception of Utah will join in. the ahole states in the south well that will take them a little longer, they always have a problem accepting new ideas. Did you know that Mississippi or one of those ahole states, I think it was Mississippi did not celebrate July 4th for almost 90 years after the Civil war? Yeah, they got their ass kicked on July 4th by the loyal patriotic north and disregarded any celebration on July 4th for almost 90 fckin years. You know you got a ton of great people down south but they are a bit fcked up.
i live in philly so its perfect for me.i like them, and they have a debit card that is lightning fast for payouts.i did a withdrawal to my card and it was ready almost instantly, about 15min.this is perfect since the bp card stopped atm withdrawals.
Hoping they roll out refer a friend bonus for fb season
^^^ that is one promotion I would definitely avoid.
For 50 or 100 bucks, not worth the chance someone who refers you, or someone you refer, does something dodgy and gets your account flagged for 2nd level KYC every time you want to cash out.
Fan duel just sent me an email asking me to fill out a survey about promotions for foot. I am impressed with fan duel, they are asking questions about certain promos and to rate them 1-10. One of the questions was something like would you prefer to win more money if your team wins by so many points over the spread. I remember one of the offshores (I think a European shop) had that wager. I forget right now what they call it but you can wager money on so many points over the spread. I like that wager.
Also they asked if I was interested in selling/buying points, I love that wager, especially with NFL dogs and even college foot dogs.
I think fan duel is going to be a really wonderful out, if their vig is normal and 10% or lower I will be in gambling heaven this year. If you live anywhere but the south and Utah I think many states are going to sign up for legalizing online sports gambling. And when the competition becomes stiff in PA well the best three or four will corner the market. We got four right now and three or four more coming.
No more offshore BS, but I will keep one or two either way maybe a rare, good chance, middle once in a while. but they occur very seldom recently.

that is a good point, I have never recommended a shop to any of my buddies. for 100 bucks I just don't think it is worth it, also the above which I never even considered.
no, they added the boost odds deal to their site. It is strange, they give you a combination of games like a parlay and if the normal odds on that particular group of games is lets say 3-1, they boost it to lets say 3.2 to 1. so you have a choice of a couple of prearranged games in parlay form and you can make a wager on only those games, and they boost the odds but not very much.
I was thinking it was much different than that, you want to throw a couple of bucks on that well that is fine.

Betstars backend books have the boost on any parlay. It bumps up odds by around 5% usually.
Those pre-defined ones seem to never pay. Makes me wonder if its a good promo to get people parlaying really. I think the linesman who make them treat it more like a game they try to win than a promo.

exactly, I played two of them last night and hit one. three favorites in a baseball parlay, but just for the fck of it. I played very small. but, they decide the games and they decide the pay off. I don't think it is worth it.
today, for example, they have an odds boost on Denver and over parlay, the strange thing is you can't make that wager normally because they call it correlated--that I find a little strange.
I may be wrong about this but I think betstars and fanduel are somehow related, don't know for sure but I believe I read something on fanduel that led me to believe that.
Does anybody know if the SugarHouse debit card works for BetRivers? I deposited and played with SugarHouse using their debit card and now I made a deposit at BetRivers using an alternate method. Just wondering if I have to get a rivers debit card now if I would like to withdraw that way... fwiw, the SugarHouse debit card has both sh and rivers on the front of the card.
