When you buy a ticket courtside you are putting yourself in the line of fire, the same way that a line drive can knock you silly in baseball or a hockey puck can clear the glass and hit you. As a fan , the back of your ticket will clearly outline the lack of liability on the part of the team or venue. That said , he really does clock her pretty good. The press guy should be banned for taking a shot at Lowry after the fact.
