Every pro athlete should buy a commercial property in a good area. No excuse not to for the money they bring in. They would never be broke again!!!

The last I checked 100 percent of the people who made less than 1% of what they used to earn in their highest income years either are broke, homeless, or dead from suicide. It didn't matter what their education level was. Not earning money compared to what you used to tip is a recipe for disaster. Starting tomorrow, start trying to live on 5-7 dollars a day and tell me how much better off you will be in 5 years.
