For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:
The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane

tropical Atlantic Ocean. Heavy rainfall is possible over portions of
the southern Cabo Verde Islands during the next couple of days, and
interests on those islands should monitor the progress of this
system.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...30 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...medium...60 percent.
2. A broad area of low pressure located over the south-central Gulf of
Mexico continues to produce a minimal amount of showers and
thunderstorms. Some gradual development of this system is possible
during the next few days while it moves slowly westward across the
southern and southwestern Gulf of Mexico toward the coast of Mexico.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...20 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...low...30 percent.

#93As everyone evacuates there are thousands of homes left vacant for days. Such a target for criminals to break in and have all day to loot the places..
They should change the laws and make it more severe when home robberies happen during natural disasters and evacuations.. Should beef up law enforcement also during those times also.. Give law enforcement Hummers to drive....
My biggest fear moving to Florida on the coast in the future is getting robbed during these times.. I'll just bunker down in my hurricane fortress when I move down there in the future..
I'll have stored up fresh water, food, generator and gas. Guns too!!! BRING IT!!!
I ain't leaving all my valuables behind while the entire beach communities evacuates.. OH Hell no!!!
