Tropical islands are always a target for Hurricanes.. Should prepare, they all know it's coming. That's life on the Islands..

It will happen again. Don't build huts made of straw build concrete boxes with rebar inland and higher then sea level because of the storm surges..

Government should build a fortress to hold thousands also inland, either under ground or in a massive reinforced Dome. Give the poor people a way to find shelter, food and safety. That should be the responsibility of the Governing powers.

Humans in power are so stupid and never prepare.. Lives are then lost..

This is all due to the Bermuda Triangle. Once Dorian entered the Bermuda Triangle the navigation system went out of whack and didn't know where to go and stalled. It happened before with airplanes and ships and it can easily influence a hurricane too. A lot of stuff happens under the ocean that we don't know off.
