24:24 would be correct score for this world cup. Winning vote yes the best losers vote no not the best. The way central scored we would finish third playing blind(without seeing our cards) half of tourneys anyway! And SBR should pay fully all winning bets(east and west) cause they could easily make tiebrakers like 1. most third place finishes(especially since 3rd and 4th both could 0) 2. most first place finishes 3. highest qualifying scoring by player(or total by team).
