Goodell. That asshole has been looking to get the performers to PAY HIM to perform, he ended up empty handed and this is what he was left with. Gotta connect with the residents of the host city I guess but are they not more Haitian than Colombian and Puerto Rican. Imagine the price was right for these performers.
