    Redskins release CB Josh Norman
The move will save the Redskins $9.5 million, as Norman was due to make $12.5 million in 2020 and will count $3 million against the cap due to dead money on his deal.

Norman will likely land on his feet with a new team in short order, but nobody should expect him to rake in a monster deal in free agency. Last season, appearing in 12 games, he tallied 40 tackles, one interception and one sack.

Maybe, he just lost interest because the Redskins were not winning?

Next question is could he get it back with another team or just be a problem again?

Zimm loves guys like this in the nickle and dime. We had Mutterline at 40 yrs old couple years ago.

He'd get 5 picks easy next year here

                Yup total trash.

Sherman is still feared. That is borne out by the fact that he was targeted once every 12.6 coverage snaps. According to PFF, that made him the most avoided corner in the NFL last season.
                2018 stats: 32 solo tackles, 2 assisted tackles, 40 targets, 25 receptions, 1 sack
