Darren Dreger on NBC Sports Network just said the NHL could suspend play Thursday, cancel the rest of the regular season and eventually resume with the playoffs. Meaning the Wild would finish one point out of the postseason. Crazy times.

Safety Faggs? Since when did the rich care so much? Cancelling events that will earn millions in revenue, is not what rich people do. They must have something to gain in the long run, or they wouldn't behave like this.

And our lovely politicians, who we read about in our newspapers daily, about all of the corruption they are involved in. My oh my, don't they just care for us so much? Our countries are deep in debt, our quality of life keeps declining, but they care for our wellbeing, don't you know.

Oh, and Social Media too. Isn't it so kind of them to make sure people only think what the state wants them to think? This is how things ought to be in a Democracy, apparently. Everyone has to be forced to have the same opinions. We must all believe the official story, or face censorship.

social distancing before the number of cases reaches a certain % of the population (1%)

we need to flatten the curve... so that a huge amount of people don't get it all at once and overwhelm our hospitals and health care system (as shitty as they are normally)

i won't miss betting. i always take weeks off... even months during the summer from end of NBA till football. it's easy.

i've always washed hands 3 or more times a day at work but the past week I've really focused on doing it every 60 to 75 minutes... 20 seconds at least, don't neglect back of hands and in between fingers

haven't bought any extra TP... water... whatever.

this is the time to go see that movie in the cinema because it will be empty and i can enjoy the movie without dumb parents 3 year old kids running around... baby crying.

just chill by yourself with the movie and popcorn/drink and relax and forget about corona for 2 hours

when the NBA does start back up... I may think about some unders in some games if certain match ups entice it... shooters will be off target a bit and rusty as normal practice can only do so much

The problem is all the NHL teams have played a different # of games..so you might have a team outside of the wild card but they have 2 or 3 games in hand...totally not fair

the virus is out there and has been out there. not sure of the reaction now when its probably been in the US since December. it just is being tested for now. this is why the cases are skewed and you hear of a lot of severe cases.
