i posted to them on twitter saying they should convert all the free entry tickets you received to free entry to slot machine tournies they run

they never responded and i see this monring all the tickets are wiped out, so we just lost all the entries essentially

That was a good suggestion. They should have done something. Not to mention each entry they were also giving 50 bet points just for entering. Not life changing but still a bummer

they should have had a simlation tournament for fun with smaller prizes as an option. simulate it all and let people pick.

Ya Im sure their top priority right now is figuring out how to best get you a freebie, rather than worrying about how to stay financially viable and be able to take care of their staff during the unpredictable months to come.

Not to mention crypto markets are down like 50% during the last week too.

This place is unreal.

It's not an unreasonable question. Understand this is an exceedingly difficult crisis for them, but free slot tournament entries or something is not going to break the bank, and it might even entice some folks to be more active in the casino. Barring that, even keeping the free entries people had earned for next year's tournament, or some event TBD later this year, would be a nice gesture. Heck, for that matter, any proactive communication about it at all would have been a nice gesture.

Full disclosure, I had a ton of entries earned, so I do have a horse in the race, but on the other hand, almost all of my deposits that earned those entries went into their slots, so I understand times are tough, but hey, I've been doing my part to keep their business afloat and take care of their staff :-)
