if the team beat the total already too bad they don't pay it out as a sign of appreciation to their players during this..maybe they say you can't withdraw it but at least you get the money.

I'm not holding my breath on that happening.

I'm really just curious about what prompted the grading of these wagers today. I haven't seen any sort of announcement, was curious if there was info out there I hadn't seen.

It really does suck but futures bets like that have stipulations that the season must be completed.
It's the same as if you bet for instance the Yankees / Red Sox over 9.5.
The game is 8-5 in the sixth inning when the game gets called due to rain.
Yes the over has already covered but the game must go 8.5 innings.
It's graded as a cancelled bet/no play.

Sucks yes, are the books being honest here, yes again.
It's a written stipulation.

Completely disagree. We don't have an official decision from the NBA yet. They were talking about potentially using this delay as an opportunity to completely change future season start/end dates to avoid most of football season, which has been a desire of many for a while. I get that the chances of the NBA playing enough games for these wagers to qualify are low, but thy aren't zero either.

If they credit accounts that happen to win in the future without customers having to raise a stink, then I guess it doesn't matter. But forgive me for assuming that scenario would be a mess.

Right now the MLB, NFL, and NCAA football seasons are in jeopardy. NBA and NHL are finished for 2020. With any luck at all, the NBA will be finished permanently

Word is they r watching china restart and will follow a month or so later so prob June or July

Most sportsbook have a rule that a team must play (usually full amount of games) for it to be a winner or loser. He has no chance at cashing the ticket. Money will be returned as a no bet!!

That sucks. When they take your bet like that. I had a few similar myself. Canceled games because of thunder. And the over is already over. For every pissed of person. There is going to be a happy person

Lakers and Lebron were gonna win it. Lebron not getting any younger.. He was playing well. That Laker team was starting to gel and they were all healthy..

I believe the Lakers were the odds on favorite to win it all when Corona hit. They had a great weekend of big wins right be for it shut down.

I doubt the nba or nhl resume their aeasons but even if they do their is close ti zeri chance they resume the regular season. The nba limely makes q call by the 15th, yjats the deadline for owmers to delcare force majure and not have to pay playerw.
