I'm sure there are no term limits for the amount of money you get for selling your soul to the devil
Also, if she doesn't play ball, she might have an "accident" after leaving office
exactly. and is her mortgage going to get paid for her the rest of the year? her car going to be paid for? it's not just about term limits for her
She's in her 80s and her family was high up in that game before they ever got involved in politics and the mayor of Las Vegas isn't able to pull any strings outside of parking enforcement. Giving in interview saying casinos should be opened isn't doing anything to help the cause of opening things up. She protested against closing things down in March and it didn't do anything. All of this comes down to what the governor wants, and he's just going to follow what other states do. Going under the table to help out Goodman would just be a waste.
Come back with an opinion only after your head is out of your ass and you understand the situation.

My point is... the casino goers are also likely going to be found at grocery stores as well. Regardless of whether or not they are sneezing on food... they are still putting more people's lives at risk by going to the casino in the first place. It's just not worth it right now. That Mayor today was giving bad advice to people that don't know any better... this could endanger people's lives at places like the grocery store.. ... her bad advice could affect any of us because of this.

Yes
Day one casinos open will be there...…………..and then, as most everyday, will go to grocery, target, pet store afterwards spreading my money and joy...……..some days all three.
“The employees of South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa employees are extremely important to us and we have been doing everything we can to assist them during this difficult period. As a result, of the ongoing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the resort closure mandate through April 30, 2020 by Governor Sisolak, we have had to make a very difficult decision to furlough most of our employees for an indefinite period beginning on May 3, 2020. South Point will maintain workers’ health benefits through July 31, 2020 and will cover health payroll insurance deductions through that time as well. Once the property reopens, workers will be brought back based on demand.”
