The problem with Spieth on most courses is his length. Rory, DJ, JT, Koepka, Rahm etc all bomb the ball 50 yards longer than him and have a huge advantage.

In terms of short game skill he's right up there with Rory and JT.

JT one off the lead despite having another average day to his standards.

Rooting for him or Schauffele tomorrow.

All & all a good weekend for me.

            5-2-1 $3,430

If both these guys fail to win. I still pick up over “two units” this week & I’m happy with that.

Whereas Fowler is overrated, Schauffele is very underrated. Best player along with Rahm not to win a major, IMO. So it wouldn’t surprise me to see him hold off all these major champions in Woodland, Spieth, Rose, Thomas, Reed, and McIlroy.

Schauffle is very underrated and mentally he doesn't get rattled. They had a segment on his upbringing before and he is not one to be scared or feel sorry for himself.

Where alot of players would get the Sunday jitters, Xander does not feel nerves.

Back last November, I was in Vegas and bought a ticket on Schauffele at the Masters at 28-1. Thought it was the best value on the board. Also got Morikawa at 66-1, which I also thought was incredible value.

Side not on Morikawa...a lot of people say Wolff and Hovland are the next best things, and they may be...I like both those guys...but Morikawa is like Schauffele...very quiet and I think is going to be better than both those guys. If I had to bet which of those three young phenoms (Morikawa, Wolff, Hovland) will win the most majors, I'll take Morikawa. Absolutely love his swing and demeanor.

It's Rory, any day he has the potential to shoot nine under or not show up at all. Only 3 back but with so many people in between him and first place he will likely need to shoot really low.

Xander or JT take this today. Guys are just too good to get rattled although Rory could give them a little scare. Take both - If either wins its plus money!

Are in the running to win this. One of these guys should
Ok, we got a 40-1 Morikawa in the lead.

Xander and Thomas are going to lose value in the Live markets quick. Spieth still at a good number though.

I haven't backed anyone yet, but will hit these guys if we can get a slightly better number than 2.5 and 4 to 1, maybe like 5 to 1 or so.

I might already be too late for that. Rooting for Morikawa here either way.

Spieth and Jordan both +900 but I will hold until the final third of the day.

I think Xander is the issue here to deal with here.

Yeah, I nipped at Berger too but stood to gain much more with Morikawa.

Morikawa missed a lot of putts this tourney including a 5 footer on the last hole of the first round for share of FRL.

Good tourney, 3 of my 5 plays were in the top 10 and little profit from it, but a shitty ending nonetheless.

I like it mich more when someone wins, as opposed to a player losing golf tourneys.

Mike had Berger, I know from a text sent before Berger made his move today, no reason for me not to believe him. We were talking about our plays early enough.

He got lucky when Morikawa blew it, he didn't have any of Morikawa.

                                        Truth.

Exactly, there's a whole economy behind the fans. Booze, hotels, restaurants, you name it.

Not just at the course, but in the whole community for a whole week.

                                                  It's a big deal.

He has been playing well before this shut down.

                                                          He never quit.

He got lucky when Morikawa blew it, he didn't have any of Morikawa.
