Odd on a successful vaccine by 1/1/2022?
I would like to see these odds posted somewhere. I don’t think there will be one by that time, if ever.

And what qualifies as a successful vaccine? I've read that a "successful" vaccine might work for 50% of the people...And another 50% might refuse to take it as they are Antivax.

Fauci said maybe by end of this year the other day. So most likely not this year at all.

Average length for a vaccine trial is 4 years..

Might have one "fast tracked" by this time next year but at what cost to long term health?

They have already found multiple strains that very by continent and even country. A vaccine isnt going to do shit... It will be like the flu. Old ppl will take it and it will only work 30-40% of the time

i think there will be a vaccine but not a cure all by early next year. i do agree about all the strains creating an issue.

If it's like the vaccine for Bird Flu, you can give mine to someone else.

Multiple strains, yes. A single protein spike, so a single vaccine will address all strains (discovered so far).
