I was looking into a rules section for a book I know of last night, and the section directed the player to call in for the rules. Does anyone know literally anything about this? Is it that night, generally understood winner? Is it by December 1st? The vote will be challenged by Biden, Hillary already told him not to concede. Do you have to wait until Jan 21st inauguration to get paid?
