You are correct. They told me up to 96 hours and you know they'll use every second. 84 hours here now.

Hedge Hog or anyone else, my recommendation is call them to do the security check, just to check in an allegedly speed the process up (ha!) but I still think they're going to call you too. I'm waiting for that. And the email as well.

Problem is he is labeled as a US customer. I doubt after the 21st no matter where you are in the world, with those login credentials it wouldn’t work anyway. Meaning his wagers will probably just be refunded or they would just sit there until this “claims administrator” deals with it.

As someone who has dealings with The NYS Comptrollers office of unclaimed funds, I would strongly advise everyone to do whatever possible to avoid any of their funds being turned over to this 3rd party administrator. The hoops you have to jump through here in NY to recoup your money almost makes the effort not worth it. That’s In a legislated state, I can’t even imagine what that process would look like dealing with CR authorities

I'll be the naive one. Don't think it's skims. Think it's a book that has always "struggled" with the BTC payouts and what used to take 2-3 days is going to take 5-6 with the volume. We'll see.

Has anyone gotten futures, etc., bets refunded since the announcement on Tuesday? I have $2000 worth of bets on the U.S. Presidential election. I requested a refund at 9:06 p.m. on Tuesday. I checked back yesterday and all they said was I'm "in the queue." Anyone out there know how long this actually takes? If/when I get those refunded, I then have to request a check, which I'm sure they will take forever to process and probably charge me $60 for. Such a first-class operation.
