I've got the same problem right now!
My account is sitting there stuck with a $1000 FP that I can't even bet. Would have been nice to know this before I deposited, would not have sent the money in.

No, nothing, just moronic replies from CS, it's as though I know more about their business than they do. I've had my account for 10 yearsrs, and can remember when they had the $5k win limit on for any freeplay. They've since changed their rules so you can't bet parlays and can't bet any dog over +125 so with a $1000 freeplay it's impossible for me to win $5000.

for the 14x r/o that they require they def limit the player options. better off taking bonuses elsewhere if you want them

I think people get screwed by leaving .01 of freeplay due to bitcoin deposits not being exact and then it acts like you never finished the first fp.

rm18, that could be, but whenever I've had let's say $250.01 in freeplay and try to bet it, it says I only have $250 not $250.01. Yet another problem with their software. The balances often don't agree.

Is BOL ever going to fix this, or keep handing out bonuses that you can't actually bet? To make matters worse they added a random $100 freeplay to my account this past week.

Here's a guess. The 100$ that they added was maybe for one of the "risk free" bets that they offered and carries different r/o requirements. Their system can't figure out how to segregate the funds and errors out.

Had this issue probably 6 weeks now gaucho.

It's essentially them not honoring their bonus. BOL just downgraded from A+++ to A until they fix. They would NOT even adjust it and give me cash equivalent, even though they ADMITTED error is on their end.
