Probably don't waste your money on a lawyer. In general courts try to defer to the regulator's opinion in disputes.

Plus BetMGM actually have lines in their terms saying you agree not to sue them and resolve all complaints one on one. (not that I think that could be legally valid, but they definitely have it and quote it to players)

I had Caesars in NJ destroy me with a beyond rigged casino . I will not go in there unless they give me free money from time to time. Bet mgm has the coin toss it gives you like a $1 or $2 free play or free spins which equal if your lucky $1 . Then you have to roll it 25 times i think. I have yet to do that as casino just takes it every time.

The USA Sportsbooks offered excellent deposit Freeplays PRIOR to Super Bowl

Now that the SB has come and gone they are all trying to get the players into the "Casino".

I am not sure what the actual "payback" is ...if any at all...

From what I have seen and heard.....the Take is 99% on Video Poker

Virtually 0 Payout

and you wonder why there are 12 or more companies vying for the "new" clients

..They can't beat u up on the sportsbook as they can on the casino...as it is more transparent.

Most USA casino books are giving a "risk free " $500 or $1000 for casino play...

EZ to give if u lose the first deposit and then get another $500 and $1000 that will be

almost guaranteed to LOSE.

That is how the casinos pay the bills......slots....

When Caesars starting destroying me i started taking pictures in the upper right hand corner of every 10 hands. So i did 150 hands i think it was of the results. I added everything up after i lost everything out of those 150 the dealer had a 20 or 21 60% of the times. The 3 card poker is just as bad for some reason it is rigged to get flushes a lot. Once it got a royal flush 2 out of 3 hands. What are the odds of that. They say these NJ casinos online are regulated. their not. They probably let them know when they are checking them and they adjust when they do. I do not trust them. However if you are new and never cashed out you can win at first. I did easily. Fair hands. After i cashed out twice for $4000 and $4500 easily i never won again .

amazing how the dealer suddenly gets those numbers too with like 4 or 5 cards. if i go 4 or 5 cards id be at 30 easily.

Have had zero issues with the Sportsbook. Played poker on MGMNJ as well and always successful. Would never trust any other casino games as assume their rigged anyway

my only issue with them, and I wasn't looking to wager live, is their system went down during the superbowl in vegas. All their books went down so people couldn't make wagers and couldn't get paid afterwards for hours. I didn't know any of this shit because I placed my wager the day before and so I went down to get my money first from one of their auto tellers. That had an error message so I walk to the book to see a mile line. I talk to a guy and couldn't really care less because I know I will be paid. My only problem was when I get back to my room the MGM mobile app sends me a message about 45 minutes later that everything was resolved. So I just went down to smoke and then again walk to the sportsbook where I am told nothing has been handled. Then I was a bit pissed off. But was paid in the morning. But how you going to have all your books go down during the biggest day of the year, in a year of total loss. Was a clown show. I just loved hearing people talking around the book.

Many saying the book got buried and they can't pay. The shit you hear in Vegas. I was entertained just by the stupidity of people that live there and still don't get it.

Never had an issue...there bonuses are tricky you need to know when to drop them when you have less than 10c left and tricks to there rollovers(casino then sports on the free plays everyday
