As your cards failed a well established and reliable security screening test, the details of which have been shared with me and I understand, but they cannot be disclosed to you due to bank security rules, we cannot agree with your complaint that bwin acted inappropriately in closing your account, re-imbursing the deposits and witholding the winnings.
I also note that in your earlier correspondence you said you had cancelled the cards because you did not trust bwin. You did not say they had been stolen. Your bank say that you reported them stolen. This may be the same process, but it adds to the confusion as to the integrity and reliability of the cards, because if they were still available it would be possible to examine new images or even the cards themselves and resolve this matter.
You have to realise that gambling companies are under constant attack from sophisticated fraudsters who are able to clone, transplant, photoshop, distort and create cards and card images in an effort to defraud the operators, often using their own cards (later claiming that they have been lost/stolen) or colluding with friends. As a consequence the operators work with the banks and their payment processors to validate all attempts to withdraw money, and suspend all accounts where there is doubt, until the doubt is resolved.
In your case we are not accusing you of fraud, but the legitimate doubt about the integrity of the cards you submitted for examination has not been resolved, notwithstanding you have demonstrated that you held cards with these details. However, your offensive and distressing behaviour means there is no sympathy or support for your position. In simple terms, your card images failed (and still fail) a legitimate security check, and bwin applied their standard rules as per the terms and conditions you agreed to. You reacted inappropriately to this, you cannot show that the cards are genuine, and your bank will not confirm they are genuine, so there is an impasse.
Whilst this is an unsatisfactory position, the only remedy rests with you and your bank and the images you have provided. Whilst the bank will not authenticate the images to bwin, they may be more inclined to assist you. I suggest that if the cards are no longer accessible, you present the images to your bank and ask that they reconsider their position in respect of confirming their integrity.
In terms of your conduct, the language you have used and the threats you have made, we are not prepared to tolerate such conduct and would advise you that we reserve the right to publish our own statement on the internet contradicting the assertions you have made and demonstrating the extremely offensive language and terms you used, and in addition, reporting your conduct to the telecommunications and law enforcement authorities in your place of residence or the locations where the offensive emails were sent, if this is different.
I will leave you to consider your next actions and how you might remedy the situation you have created.
Now the facts:
1 month ago Phill Brear got e-mail from my bank, stating that credit cards belonged to me during the time of my transactions with Bwin, opposite what Bwin said to GRA that credit cards are not mine. I was expecting that this will be enough and I will get paid. But today's email proves once again, that Bwin is well organized fraud and GRA employees will protect it and will not resolve complaints in the favour of the customer, never. Also look why Phill Brear writes about " THE CARDS IMAGES" doesn't it sounds alarming to you?
This is clear example of Phill Brear being corrupted and bribed by Bwin to defend their scam. How come after getting an official e-mail from my bank that cards belonged to me during the transactions with Bwin, GRA uses new trick and writes not about credit cards numbers but images? Place yourself in such a situation, you deposit on Bwin fraudulent website 1000$ then you win 2000$ and Bwin will close your account for "SECURITY REASON" and say the credit cards are not yours. Then your bank will write to GRA that cards are yours, but still GRA will say that images (NOT NUMBERS) on the cards are not clear and your case is closed in the Bwin favour. Phill Brear corrupted bribed GRA Head of Gambling Regulation, this is sophisticated scam where Bwin and Phill Brear are involved in this raud together. It's like complaining about the scam to the scam's originetor, this is what it is.
Never open account with Bwin, Bwin steals players funds and Phill Brear helps Bwin steal your money.
