TSL Spring Football - is it any good?

If you were eligible for the NFL draft last year, you are elgible for The Spring League.

This is the closest thing to an NFL development league there is and while they intend to provide the NFL with player data, stats and film, they are not officially affiliated with the NFL.

Players do not get paid, but they get housing and meals while playing in one of two cities; Houston and Indianapolis.

There will be 8 teams, divided inot North and South with a Total of 24 games being played over a 6 week span.

There will be a championship game.

FS1 and Fox have the deal, I would expect there to be betting somewhere, if not all over the place offshore.

This can easily get confused with Aussie Rules and their The State League.

First games are on May 6th, or maybe the 7th and 8th, not sure.

They say that most players in the league have been on some sort of NFL roster...Active players, practice squad, and even pre season rosters.

Forgot to check today, there's one game tomorrow. If they do put lines, might not be until tomorrow.

I haven't seen any lines for any games yet though.

I’ve been betting it through a poster here at sbr.

His handle is Brock Landers. He said I had to post up 5 grand with him first to bet this league so I sent him the money and then was good to go. He seems like a stand up guy so far.

Nope! They resume in early 2022. Got an agreement with the CFL also. For now it's FCS playoffs!
