Very good piece, KLC. I'm of the opinion that it's hard to identify the Best Coaches.

If it's just a matter of Best Players = Most Wins, who cares? Would Duke have won in 1992 without K's words of encouragement?

I think the titles in 91 and 92 had a lot to do w/ K working with Laettner. I give him credit for that.

Same w/ the Shane Battier team. Was K the best coach? That's up for debate.

Duke opens +1.5 against Texas Tech. Very surprised.

Texas Tech was so lucky to win that game today. Notre Dame had that game.

Texas tech is kind of a bad matchup for duke, it would be fitting for mark few to take him out though
