Those contests are too easy to rig as well. Some guy goes 30-0 first 6 weeks. I could dig deeper about the con, but why bother. Let's just say certain people in those contests get real information and some of that information is who everyone is taking in the contest, etc. I would tell anyone that isn't a major bettor to save your money and time. The better option would be a million dollar survivor contest where you would have an actual chance.Comment -
Yes it was due to the French open bet. John Murray did not say it for sure on one of his last podcasts.But stated Gil should have known better.But just as a outside observer when he sued the Westgate.John Murray and Shermer who came on Vsin all the time to talk bets and golf stopped.It could also be because of there relationship with Circa had something to do with also.Comment -
I think Brock is right after doing my research. I called around with pricing and submission times. I think with COVID affecting games this year, you want late information and late submission times with large prize money in play. Some proxies have cheap prices but who wants to submit on a Friday or early Saturday with multiple games possibly getting affected?
Some groups have hundreds of people and the largest group that does lots of advertising have over 1000 players. They can't put large amounts like that in the last 2 hours for example. Regardless who you go with I think with COVID affecting games, a point here and there will be huge with Millions in the prize pool so for that reason I think a smaller flexible proxy is a better the choice in an uncertain year.Comment -
