If it makes you feel any better I was up $150,000 in the first 4 months this year from sports/poker and then blew $340,000 in online casino games. Mostly blackjack.

I'd play some $25 blackjack at casino and throw $20 in a slot once in a while but nothing more than that. Since Covid I just went off the rails and was chasing big losses. Several times I would lose $50,000 and then turn $1,000 into $50,000 in the same day only to lose it back again.

I think rock-bottom came when at one point I had bet $10,000 behind 4 other players in one hand of live dealer. $50,000 total on one damn hand of Blackjack. Just pure insanity.

I usually prefer virtual to live dealer because it's just so much faster. You get into the zone and I can't even tell you how many balances I've blown in 15 minutes time. Crazy to think you can lose $90,000 in minutes online.

I have the same problem if you Win a good amount you will get burnt if you go in there. You need to do what i do and only play up to a certain point then block them.You Have to have the willpower to just stay out of there and just sports bet.

I have my limit at $2000 so once i go past that i block the casino and do not go back in unless i lose it all or Win enough to cash out. Sticking to my guns and not giving the casinos a chance to take everything i went from all year $0 cashed out to the last 5 weeks between GTbets and Heritage of $40000. I guarantee you if i went in the casinos it would have taken it All if i went in there.

I don't block it- because if they know you have the potential to blow your load at any point, you get some amazing offers.

They treat you like a king. That's addicting in itself. But just like you- I tell myself- "once I get here, I'll cash out". It seldom happened. There was no point where I was happy to stop. The bar would just get raised. Instead of $100,000 it became $120,000. Then at $120,000 it became $150,000, and on and on.

Yea it is hard stopping but it feels so good when you finally cash out as opposed to losing everything in the casino. You can have $9950 aand thik oh i just need $50 you will see dealer go on insane run and next thing you know you are playing catch up betting $500 a hand losing 90% of everything as it takes everything. Doing this way has really cut down on losing larger amounts i just Won sportsbetting.

(I've posted a few times that I had a few $hitty casino losses after good runs... eventually just had to quit it altogether other than their daily promos)..

But, when the time came, I wanted to disable it on my DK app. They have it spelled out in their FAQ that they cannot disable it. Must rely on willpower. I hope people with casino issues don't use DK much! Or have switched, whatever.

Can the live dealer casino and racebook be permanently disabled at heritage? I dont care as much about the regular casino. But live dealer baccarat is my downfall. Yes its crazy after i went bust i looked at the time and i told myself wtf like 25 minutes ago i had 2200. How was that even possible to bust that fast. The most i bet was 340 but my avg bet was probably 120.

Need the dopamine hits. Win at sports means extra hits of dopamine in casino. Roulette my downfall. If you want your brain to heal have to be willing to give up the things that make you sick. I had reached my goal of what I wanted to cashout with on Saturday. Won more on Sunday early games. Didn't even have to place a bet on Sunday. Of course went to live dealer roulette was winning then just couldn't hit no matter what. Stupid I know they use magnets the ball doesn't even bounce half the time. It gets sucked in the pocket. I have a toddler that money could of went a long way. I really need to learn some discipline. Should just quit everything but too much of an action junkie

dude at hertiage u can just transfer whatever amount to casino(others you have gamble the whole amount)

i transfer only 100 to casino if i win will put some winning on crazy parlay sand transfer rest back to sport and block before end of day. And if i lose that 100 i block casino ASAP every blockage will last 72hrs so if your itch repeat again.

Yup this weekend finally had to give up video poker on Bookmaker just costing me too much $. Worst thing was hitting a few Royal Flushes for $20k each couple years back. Have played thousands of hands since then and even when I'm up, ill give it all back. Funny thing I had five bucks in account decided to play 25 cent hands, or course I hit the Royal again a misley $50 dollar hit. Just quit now, or you'll continue to piss away your money. Easier said than done, but life will be alot better without out.

Pretty simple. When you never quit and are never satisfied with whatever number you are at. I mean 2 nights in a row i didnt sleep but 2 hrs when i work 12 hrs a day every day. Almost nothing would stop me. Then throw in some bad beats to put you on tilt and off the rails we go. I had 340 on banker right at the start of the runbad. Player has 2 gets reduced to 1 banker has 2 gets reduced to 0.

Three times after that with 200+ bets on banker, player had 1 banker had 0 and it goes monkey monkey. Gross.

I made a video a while back on roulette but I made it private after realizing how powerful it was. I've made some tweaks on my system since then to make it a concrete system. I bet on sports for just small money because honestly I'm terrible at it.

all casino games with the exception of sports betting and live poker have negative ev. They are meant for playing for fun and no strategy can make you win in them long term. With sports betting and live poker you can use skill to turn ev positive but 98% still fail because they don't have the skill or discipline to stay in the game long term.
