This will be interesting. If you shoot bullets into the sky and one hits and kills someone it is murder. You didn't mean it but you knew it could happen and has in the past. Travelling at 157 MPH in a residential area while intoxicated is almost expecting bad things will happen
Celeb so he probably will get manslaughter but there is going to be a presentation of murder. IMHO

Not when you are going 156mph… sure, manslaughter but they tend to frown on that shit along with BAC, loaded gun, professional athlete, etc… he should hope for a plea deal and get going on time ASAP. Jury out of the question and the evidence keeps piling sky high.

They won't offer him a plea deal without significant jail time. It's also hard to believe this was the first time he drove drunk, Is think other stori s will come out.

The DA will likely want to make an example out of him.

Self defence includes defending property I say, so killing intruders doesn't merit jail.

He just burnt some poor chick alive with his actions. And now Carr's expecting people to give this piece of crap a shoulder to cry on.

                      I saw the following comment...

both the Raiders organization and the NFL extended their condolences to the family of the woman who died in the crash.

This is the main point. Carr should have clearly said that his heart goes out to the woman BEFORE he went on the I'm going to love on Ruggs comment. He then should have reiterated that while he will be there for Ruggs and he needs a lot of love, he thoughts and prayers are with the woman and her dog. Carr looks like an insensitive jerk that only cares about his teammate because they are highly paid entitled athletes.

                            Stoned on top of it???

Attorneys for former Raiders receiver Henry Ruggs III launched a bid Wednesday to keep his medical records out of the hands of prosecutors charging him with driving under the influence in a fiery crash that killed a Las Vegas woman and cost Ruggs his spot on the team.
