I understand the speculation. However, it's truly in the best interest of future players for me not to go into more detail. Counterintuitively, the more detail I give, I lower the chances for victims like myself to recover their money. I reiterate:

1. Turn off the Casino if you aren't going to play it
2. Change your password often
3. Turn on 2 Factor Auth.

And in the event that those three safeguards fail, you are in good hands knowing that there is good, responsive management that is willing to help. I felt like I was speaking with my bank or actual financial institution when I spoke with Mark yesterday opposed to a third rate call center in Panama when I initially reached out. This is important. A side note, I initiated a wire transfer last night around 7:30 PM and the money is in my checking account.
