Turned out tiebreak did not matter because he was alone with 10 points. LLXC would have "won" if he submitted losing pick, but he became ineligible when he failed to submit a pick.

It is pretty simple really, if there is a tie for last place, goal is to LOSE tiebreaker. And 30-18 would be 48 points, not 30, tiebreaker is combined TOTAL score without going over.
