What Is Your Top Complaint/Frustration SBR??

I will say those who entered a SBR contest “pre sale” (IE BEFORE 10/15) and were paid via betpoints after the contest ended (fantasy football) should have been allowed to use Bitcoin as a reward for winning a contest. Bet points are worthless at this time

No one still addressing the biggest scandal that happened. The OP cashed his betpoints for $250 in bitcoin 2 days before the unannounced cut off date. The players advocate!

store purchases shouldve been honoured before they were pulled from the store as well

I'll chime in on Jamm's post.

There has to be SOME progress on a few fronts:

1) The Betpts have to be worth SOMETHING. Even it can go to a charity and/or the SBR store inflates prices, it's ok.
2) I mentioned the Poker. Guys really like Poker here for relaxation. Even if it's just for Weekend tournaments and Charity tournies.

I think the sportsbook and not getting credit for free plays on trivia will be biggest issues with me. I hope they can get the sportsbook up and running by March Madness next month. It will be a major disappointment if they don't.

I don't have any idea of what they have in store to make this better. I just hope they can do this soon.

That will always be a very sore spot for me also. I applied for an award 2 months before that date and got nothing.

My big complaining is the new management said that the point wich the poster are very interested are here to stay but whe get 12 point a day .and what whe do. poker are out whe can't even log in sportbook . store is empty..and no news from the new management .it was a fun forum.but now whe are in the dark

I've never been a huge poster. Always preferred quality over quantity. But I've developed relationships with various posters over the year and always enjoyed SBR.

But now...

Nothing works anymore.

I have to remember when I don't get points and then post or email to get them. Points are useless now anyway so what's the point?

17 years on this site and now I can't even sign into the sports book. I don't think I have forgotten the same username and password that I have used for 17years.

It has been months of this nonsense. Doesn't appear to be an end in sight.

I thought the forum had value in the past There was good wagering info and discussion, contests that had value and other benefits. Many respected posters are no longer around and sadly this place is a shell of its former self.

miss trivia questions for points twice a week. miss sbr poker. Miss SBR Store. What good are points if 6 months goes by and they cannot be used. Feels like Black Friday has hit SBR.

New management needs to post an open letter to the SBR Community introducing themselves, include an explanation and apology for the past 4 months of overall poor SBR site performance, lack of direction, let their "customers" know that they are truly valued, and then present their outline with a plan to move forward to improve SBR.

Everyone that is here on SBR deserves to know how we got here and where we are headed.
