I would be curious to see the percentage from nba nfl ncaa basketball ncaa football the past season. Hockey baseball soccer different types of sports, lower scoring, not spread based. Game flow makes it hard for a big favorite and the over to hit in those 4 IMO, that’s not even talking about fixing.

This happens very often in soccer. It's also a correlated parlay because the fav has to win in order for the over to cash and it is not allowed.

Like Liverpool is -1.5 to win and the over is 3. Most likely if Liverpool covers the handicap they will also cover or push the over.

i dont know if that really proves anything. I'm definitely on the side that alot of this stuff is manipulated but your reasoning i dont see the correlation.
Whether a home team was in the Super Bowl or not it doesnt change that tickets are still broken up between sponsors and both teams so unless home fans buy more tickets on the secondary market the amount of fans for the home team would be the same. Now even if they did buy more secondary tickets that wouldnt benefit the NFL.
I guess really the only argument you could say is that the NFL is having trouble getting cities to apply for Super Bowl bids so a couple home team wins gets more cities interested in bidding but its the Super Bowl and I havent heard any city passing on bidding for the Super Bowl in the past so i dont think that angle works.
Maybe share why you think your reasoning would benefit the NFL rigging it so that Tampa and Rams hosted the Super Bowl
